U.S. ADDRESSES

INCLUDING APO/FPO & PUERTO RICO

All orders are shipped via First Class, Priority Mail or some equally
suitable means determined by the shipper.

The shipping and handling charges for all orders are computed as follows:

$1 to $60 -----------	$ 6.95	$60.01 to $100.00 -	$10.95
$100.01 to $150 ------	$12.95	$150.01 to $200.00 -	$14.95
$200.01 and above --	$16.95

INTERNATIONAL

RATES

All international orders are shipped via Global Priority or some equally
suitable means determined by the shipper.

A $5.00 charge is required for all international orders.
This only needs to happen once per order.

Add $5.00 to my International order now.

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once our classes arrive in your country. Additional charges for customs clearance will be borne by the buyer.

We at Christian Leadership Training have no control over such charges and we cannot predict what they will be as customs policies vary widely from country to country. Thank you.
